Classes & sessions

You will find the different types of mat Pilates classes and sessions that I offer listed below... such as small groups, 2:1 and 1:1's at my studio in Branksome Wood Road near Westbourne,  Bournemouth. I can also offer 1:1's at your home in the local Bournemouth area.
